I am so proud

I did a really cool commercial for Skolverket a while ago.

I did the casting and was SAD at the shoot. I think I did a really good job with all the extras!
It was really hard because there was A LOT of people and kids to direct! Keeping the energy up and making a scenery that looks good and works in a very limited time amount is harder than it seems like. Everybody has a hundred of questions and needs, but everyone was so great! The kids where amazing!  It is an interactive commercial so check out both versions! the beginning is similar but the rest is different! I am verryyyy proud.

My latest short

I wanted to share you some screen shots from my latest shortfilm.
It is a out a young girl who is dealing with the fact that her mother is dying. It was shot on 16mm film.
Photographer was the amazing Erik Strömdahl and it was written and directer by me.

Working with movies is HARD work. Sometimes I have worked 14-15 hours a day. But it is sooo much fun! Commercial shoots are usually shorter but during the longer shoots you kind of become a family with your team. Everyone I have worked with has been wonderful and I can't imagine a better job. You give a lot but this job gives back SO much.

I love working with film and commercials but the mildly annoying part is that you have to wait a lifetime to see the actual result of the work you put in...but when you do its SO rewarding!
And this time I wasn't dissapointed...
